PSD File - Colour layers

PSD File containing a layer set that should give you colour effects similar to the ones on the Halo wallpapers that I used. This file should be compatible with Photoshop 7 and up. Note that the picture of the Master Chief is just there as an example, obviously you do not have to have him in every image you use (I'm just a retarded fanboy).
