These are getting fun to make! 
This is a Gas Planet by its nearby star, the planet is probobly around the size of Jupiter.
Anywho, I love the way the Star turned out, if you want the effect for the star, then (In PSP X, might work in other versions) create a Sunburst, & then put a light on top of it!
I shall begin to write a tutorial for making planets in Paint Shop Pro, as I haven't seen any ANYWHERE on the Internet!
