Tutorial for making a colourful layout for your website. Works in Photoshop 7+ and i'm assuming that it works in lower versions too.

If your gonna make a tutorial at least make it clear... you make big jumps. Also the method that you show there would load the page much slower as it has to load a huge ass image file...where as you can do this simply in dreamweaver where it only needs to load the 32x32 file once and it copies itself to make the same background..

Actually, some/most images depend on the many colors you use, rather.

I mean, make a 10000x10 big image filled with a single color takes anywhere between 1-5 seconds.

I don't have Dreamweaver. And I don't think DeviantArt accepts using HTML for tutorials. But I don't know, perhaps you could point me in the right direction?
